Snowflake Marketplace Data Provider

This Privacy Policy describes how dammastock, L.L.C. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our data products available through the Snowflake Marketplace.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE
We collect account information such as name, email address, organization name, and contact details provided during registration or inquiry. We also collect transaction data including records of data product purchases and licensing agreements; payment information is processed by Snowflake and Stripe, and we do not store payment card information. Through Snowflake's Provider Studio, we receive usage analytics including access logs, query patterns, and usage metrics related to our data products. We retain communication records including correspondence, support tickets, and feedback submitted to us.
We use this data for service delivery, analytics, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, security, and communication. We process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation.
DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Snowflake, Inc. receives transaction and usage data necessary to facilitate data product delivery as our marketplace platform provider. Stripe processes payment transactions through Snowflake's billing infrastructure. We may disclose data to legal and regulatory bodies when required by law, subpoena, or government request. All data sharing serves fulfillment, payment processing, platform security, or legal compliance purposes.
Our data products may be accessed globally. When personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by relevant authorities and ensure recipients maintain adequate data protection standards. For EU/EEA transfers, we comply with GDPR Chapter V requirements.
USER RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, submit requests to davidadams@dammastock.org with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within 30 days or as required by applicable law and may request verification of your identity before processing requests.
DATA SECURITY
We implement encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls with principle of least privilege, logging and monitoring of access and changes, and Snowflake's enterprise security controls for data delivery. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery or as required by applicable law.
DATA RETENTION
Account information is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years for legal and audit purposes. Transaction data is retained for 7 years per financial record-keeping requirements. Usage analytics are retained for 24 months in identifiable form, with aggregated analytics retained indefinitely. Communication records are retained for 3 years after last interaction. Upon expiration of retention periods or upon valid deletion request, data is securely deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our data products are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
COOKIES, TRACKING, AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our data products do not use cookies or tracking technologies. Any tracking is performed by the Snowflake platform subject to Snowflake's privacy policy. Our data products or documentation may contain links to third-party services including Snowflake Marketplace, GitHub, and Linear. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our data products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

SNOWFLAKE MARKETPLACE
Our data products are distributed through the Snowflake Marketplace. Snowflake provides the technical infrastructure for data delivery. We act as the Data Controller for the data products we provide and any personal data collected in connection with our services. Snowflake acts as a Data Processor when processing data on our behalf. Our data practices comply with Snowflake Provider Terms of Service, Snowflake Data Marketplace Terms, and Snowflake Acceptable Use Policy. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE
If you are in the EU/EEA, the legal basis for processing is specified above, you have the rights described in the User Rights section, and cross-border transfers comply with GDPR Chapter V. If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. DATA PRODUCTS
The datasets we provide through Snowflake Marketplace contain aggregated or de-identified information. We represent and warrant that our data products have been aggregated or de-identified such that they do not constitute Personal Information under CCPA/CPRA or Personal Data under GDPR, or have been collected under a valid legal basis with all necessary consents for commercial redistribution. Our data products do not contain Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA or sensitive financial identifiers, unless explicitly stated in listing documentation. Consumers of our data products agree to refrain from any attempt to re-identify individuals from the data and to use the data only for lawful purposes.
